What is a Foulke Rubber Products pulley covering? Unlike conventional lagging systems which merely glue or bolt pieces of rubber to the pulley face, our covering is vulcanized to the pulley. After sanding and treating the pulley surface with a chemical bonding agent. Uncured rubber is applied to the pulley. It is then wrapped in nylon compression tape and cured in a steam autoclave. The result is a totally homogenous rubber covering that will out last conventional lagging systems.

Available compounds:
CROWNS- Trapazoidal, center crowned, cosine, radial, convex and concave crowns are all available.
FINISHES- Polished finish, Rough top or plain wrapped.
GROOVING - We can groove your rollers in a variety of styles. V-guides, Herringbone, Webstretcher, Chevron, Diamond and many others.
Foulke Rubber Products can accommodate plain wrapped pulleys up to 90" long and 48" diameter.
Foulke Rubber Products can accommodate ground or polished pulleys up to 90" long and 36" diameter.
Cone shaped pulleys are available.
